Houston has always been a favorite travel destination of mine. For many years my family has held rental property in this city because the real estate in this town just seems to weather the storm much better than the rest of the United States.
I visited Houston again about 2 months ago. It was a trip for both business and vacation.
On the business side, I had to get one of my father’s rental properties ready to sell.
I found this great home staging company, and they helped me get the home sold in just a few days on the market.
Once that happened, I was able to visit all my favorite spots in Houston. Many people don’t realize that the theater district in Houston is the 2nd largest in the U.S., next to Broadway in NYC.
I took in a few shows and also spent time checking out all of the updates that the Rocket City has made in the Downtown area.
This drive begins in the middle of nowhere, at the intersection of US 191 and Interstate 10, then follows 10 eastbound until it got dark, somewhere around Kerrville, Texas.
This is just the first in a series of videos along Interstate 10, from west Texas through most of Florida. Enjoy the whole ride!

During my stopover in Houston, we stayed at Corporate Housing Houston. We find that they typically have the best corporate housing in Houston.
Best vacation spots in the world. This past week my family went on a trip to Maui, Hawaii and it was such an amazing experience. We swam with sea turtles, went snorkeling, jumped off of cliffs, and way more.
